Afrique Robes is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

Due to the limited-edition nature of our products and hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds at this time, as each Afrique Robe is made in limited quantities and shipped with care from Ghana.

 

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time unless your item arrives damaged or there was an error with your order. If you encounter an issue, please contact us within three business days of receiving your item, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition.​​

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, or tags removed.

Because each robe is handmade and print placement may vary, please read product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
