As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency, we would like to share an important update regarding international orders, particularly those shipping to the United States.
Recent changes in U.S. trade regulations have adjusted de minimis rules, meaning some shipments may now be subject to customs duties and charges upon arrival.
To continue honoring our promise of doorstep delivery from Ghana to you, Afrique Robes will no longer be able to offer free international shipping.
This adjustment allows us to maintain the quality, care, and reliability you’ve come to expect, despite the increased operational costs that come with these new trade conditions.
We are closely monitoring the evolving policies from the current administration and will continue to share updates as the situation develops.

Shipping Locations
Afrique Robes ships both domestically within Ghana and internationally.
All orders are fulfilled from our production hub in Accra, Ghana.
Domestic Shipping (Ghana):
We currently offer local delivery within Accra and surrounding areas.

International Shipping:

Order Processing Time
Please allow 10–15 business days for order processing.
Each robe is made and prepared with individual care.
As our operations expand, we aim to shorten this window for a faster fulfillment experience.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes
Once your order arrives at its destination, your country’s customs office may require you to pay import duties, customs fees, or local sales taxes before your package is released.
Afrique Robes is unable to determine these charges in advance and is not responsible for any additional fees applied after shipment.
We recommend checking with your local customs office or tax authority for estimates prior to placing your order.
Refusal of Delivery Due to Customs Fees
If you choose to refuse delivery due to unpaid customs or duty charges, please note that all sales are final and refunds will not be issued for packages returned under these circumstances.
Afrique Robes is not responsible for any customs-related delays, rejections, or fees once your order has shipped.
Refunds are only considered in the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact shopafriquerobes@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your order with clear photos and details for review.
